With the possibility of winter weather moving into the Memphis and Shelby County area later today, MLGW is preparing for the possibility of outages caused by the possible precipitation.

At this time MLGW is staying in contact with the National Weather Service and closely monitoring the weather situation. A number of MLGW crews are on standby this evening and more are available tomorrow should ice or snow cause significant outages for MLGW customers.
