MLGW launches new mobile-friendly website

MLGW launched its new website (mlgw.com) over the weekend. The website’s redesign focused on research of current market trends, various studies and customer feedback which emphasized functionality, layout and access to social media channels.
Most importantly, after research showed that more than 50 percent of mlgw.com visits were from mobile devices, MLGW created the new design for an enhanced mobile experience.
Customers using their mobile devices will now be able to get to experience the same ease of use and functionality as they would get using their personal computers.
MLGW’s online Outage Map has also been updated with a fresh new look and enhancement for mobile users.
The website prominently features the areas that MLGW’s customers are using the most, including My Account and bill payment information, making it easier to navigate.
MLGW’s website redesign directly correlates to the company’s focus on services and their new “Serving You Is What We Do” directive.
