Dr. Michelle Taylor is the Shelby County Division Director for Health Services. In this role, Dr. Taylor leads the team that plans, organizes, and maintains public health programs and services for Shelby County. With a budget of $106 million, and comprised of seven bureaus and 701 employees, the Shelby County Division of Health Services is committed to the improvement of community health.
Albert L. Richardson is the co-founder and executive director of the Cocaine Alcohol Awareness Program, Inc. (CAAP, Inc.). His responsibilities include the oversight of daily operations, planning and implementing policies to maximize performance outcomes. He is also the CEO of Tri-State Community Health Center, Inc. Richardson is a licensed alcohol and drug abuse counselor and chairman of the State of Tennessee Planning & Policy Council.
