Recently, MLGW has experienced an increased number of customer calls and visits to its Brunswick Service Center. As a reminder, MLGW work centers serve as a base of operations for various field employees and equipment, and are not equipped to conduct routine customer business such as bill payment, credit counseling, or service requests.

However, MLGW has five community offices where customers can do business with the utility in person. These locations are:

Main Office

8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Thursday, and until 6 p.m. on Friday

North Community Office
2424 Summer Avenue
8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Thursday, and until 6 p.m. on Friday

South Community Office
2935 Lamar Avenue
8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Thursday, and until 6 p.m. on Friday

Whitehaven Community Office
1111 East Shelby Drive
8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Thursday, and until 6 p.m. on Friday

Millington Community Office
5131 Navy Road
8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday - Friday
