Memphis Light, Gas and Water crews and 21 additional utility contract crews have restored power to all MLGW customers affected by Sunday’s storms.
The severe weather system that struck Texas and Oklahoma Sunday morning also hit the Mid-South. Winds up to 65 mph and thundershowers caused widespread damage. According to poweroutage.us nearly 700,000 people across the south lost power. A total of 48,000 MLGW customers were impacted.
