(March 27, 2009) - Memphis Light, Gas and Water will begin work in the Westbound lanes of Poplar at Pauline to install underground lines for the new Le Bonheur Children's Medical Center expansion. Work begins Monday, March 30. Commuters may experience occasional closure of two lanes. This work will progress across Poplar for approximately two weeks.
