MLGW’s Oct. 27 Power Pivot Webinar Focuses on Small Business Grants

During MLGW’s new regular series Power Pivot, local officials will talk about what financial help is available for personal care businesses, places of worship and restaurants.
The webinar starts at 4 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 27 on MLGW Facebook Live and on Zoom.
Andre Gibson and Dominique Winfrey with the Shelby County Mayor’s office will talk about three small business COVID grants the county is offering. Our Beautiful Comeback grants are aimed at personal care businesses.
Our Faithful Comeback grants are earmarked for places of worship and the Share the Tab grants are for restaurants. In addition, Jozelle Booker, president and CEO of the Mid-South Minority Business Continuum will provide advice on other help that’s available.
