Due to the declarations of a State of Emergency by the President of the United States, the Governor of Tennessee and the Mayor of Memphis relating to the COVID-19 pandemic, the MLGW Board of Commissioners meeting will be conducted via live stream in order to protect the health, safety and welfare of the public, MLGW employees and MLGW commissioners.
ALL PARTICIPANTS ARE EXPECTED TO PARTICIPATE ELECTRONICALLY. THE MEETING WILL NOT BE ACCESSIBLE AT ANY PHYSICAL LOCATION.
The public may electronically access the meeting via LIVE STREAM by visiting mlgw.com/livestream. Public comments and/or questions concerning any agenda item or any other matter may be submitted to MLGW twenty-four (24) hours before the April 21, 2021 meeting (8:30 a.m., April 20). To submit your public comment, email corpcomm@mlgw.org with your (a) full name, (b) full street address, (c) phone number, (d) agenda item, if applicable, and (e) comment or question.
A copy of the Agenda for the Meeting is attached to this Notice. A video or audio recording of the meeting will be available within 2 business days of the close of the meeting through the MLGW website at mlgw.com/livestream.
The meeting will only be available via LIVE Stream and Digital Archive.
