MLGW upgrades My Account feature
January 29, 2020
My Account (web) and IVR (phone) payment access will not be available February 9
Memphis Light, Gas and Water is upgrading its popular online account management web portal, My Account, over the weekend of February 7-9 to give customers more convenient access and greater control.
My Account and phone (IVR or interactive voice response) payments will not be available on February 9 as MLGW makes a series of changes -- resulting in an improved customer experience when the new features go live on February 10. Customers are instructed to visit one of our authorized pay agents to make payments while the site is being upgraded. (To view a list of authorized agents, visit mlgwagents.com.)
With the expanded My Account, customers will be able to do much more. New My Account features will enable users to:
1. Report a power outage
2. Request a payment arrangement
3. Update email address
4. Manage Text Alerts enrollment
5. Manage Share the Pennies enrollment
My Account continues to provide its core account management tools to view and pay bills and explore personal usage.
