My Account Payment Method Info

Some customers who pay their bills online as a ATM/Debit Card payment method may have received a message that says “The transaction has been declined. Please contact customer service for assistance."
If you received this message, you will need to change your payment method to be processed as "Credit/VISA", "Credit/Mastercard", "Discover card", “Checking Account” or “Savings Account.”
The option to use your bank card as a debit card is no longer available because of restrictions implemented by the card issuer.
