Memphis Light, Gas and Water will host a virtual Power Hour Meeting on Tuesday, July 27 at 6 p.m. for customers. Power Hour community meetings give MLGW customers a chance to speak directly to Division leadership.

The upcoming power hour is titled Reshaping the Customer Experience and will focus specifically on residential call center staffing, future enhancements, post-call surveys and first call resolution; and current and future self-service options in My Account.

Speakers include J.T. Young, President and CEO and other senior leadership staff.

The meeting will be streamed live on the MLGW Facebook page and on Zoom. Customers will be able to ask questions on both platforms.
