MLGW relocating fire hydrant

Traffic disruptions expected on Jackson Ave. and Meagher St.
Memphis Light, Gas and Water crews will relocate a fire hydrant on Jackson Ave. and Meagher St. on Wednesday, Jan. 13 from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. The relocation will take place in the area of the 2540 - 2600 blocks of Jackson Avenue.
All traffic heading west bound will be reduced to one lane, and traffic will not be able to turn on Meagher Street. However, Jackson Ave. will remain open.
Drivers are encouraged to find an alternate route until work is completed.
