Telephone service at the MLGW Customer Care Center (CCC) will be interrupted for two hours starting at 11 p.m. on Thursday, Dec 9.

MLGW numbers 820-7878 and 544-MLGW (6549) will be down during this planned maintenance. The MLGW Interactive Voice Response (IVR) Unit will also be unavailable for self-service during this downtime.

Customers can still report emergencies by calling MLGW's Emergency Hotline at 528-4465 and can report electrical outages by calling MLGW's Electrical Outage Hotline at 544-6500.
