Memphis Light, Gas and Water is governed by a Board of Commissioners who are appointed by the Mayor of the City of Memphis. Public meetings are held at 8:30 a.m. on the first and third Wednesdays of each month (unless otherwise noted) at the MLGW Administration Building, 220 S. Main.

The next meeting is July 19.

There is a special strategy and planning session with the Board of Commissioners and senior leadership on Wednesday, July 5 from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. in the Auditorium. No official business will be conducted and no votes taken.
