Memphis Light, Gas and Water is governed by a seven-member Board of Commissioners who are appointed by the Mayor of the City of Memphis. Public meetings are usually held at 8:30 a.m. on the first and third Wednesdays of each month (unless otherwise noted). The first April Board meeting will be an exception.
The next meeting is Friday, April 8, 2022, 1 p.m. at the MLGW Administration Building, 220 S. Main.
It is suggested that the public arrive a minimum of 30 minutes prior to the start of the meeting.
Customers who don’t plan to attend the meeting in person can submit questions by Thursday, April 7 at 1 p.m. (up to 24 hours prior to the meeting) by email to corpcomm@mlgw.org. The email should include: the customer’s full name, physical address and question(s), and “April 8, 2022 Board Meeting” in the subject line.
