The Memphis Light, Gas and Water Board of Commissioners will host an Integrated Resource Plan (IRP) Listening Session on Monday, August 17, 2-5 p.m via Zoom. The session is designed to allow the Board to hear from the public regarding the recently completed IRP and MLGW’s power supply needs.

Anyone who would like to make  public  comments to the Board about the IRP must email corpcomm@mlgw.org by Friday, August 14, 2020 at 2 p.m. and include the following: Your (a) full name, (b) full street address, (c) phone number, (d) email address and (e) organization name.

A link will be provided to registered customers to use during the meeting to address the Board.

Please note: Each speaker will be allotted up to four (4) minutes to speak. Speakers may donate time to another presenter but no presenter will be allotted more than twelve (12) minutes. This is a listening session only for the MLGW Board to hear comments and concerns from the public. The Board will not answer questions during the meeting. 

A video or audio recording of the meeting will be available within 48 hours after the meeting at mlgw.com/powersupplyinfo. The meeting will only be available via Zoom and digital archive.
