MLGW’s Downtown Community Office, 245 S. Main St., will be open to assist the general public with billing inquiries payments and screen utility assistance applications for qualified customers from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Saturday, August 17, 2024. Only the first 200 walk-in customers will be served.

MLGW credit counselors and cashiers will be available to assist customers with general inquiries.
Customers can go online (mlgw.com/appt) or use the QLESS app to schedule an appointment to see a credit counselor in person. Customers do not have to make an appointment for payments or CSA utility assistance.
Customers are asked to bring a valid picture ID (driver’s license or passport). Customers can park in the Beale Street Landing garage for free with validation; a Security Officer in the Community Office can validate the parking stub.
Information will be available on assistance programs, including weatherization, energy efficiency kits, and financial assistance programs through MIFA, United Way, and 2-1-1
