Memphis Light, Gas and Water is governed by a Board of Commissioners who are appointed by the Mayor of the City of Memphis. Public meetings are held at 8:30 a.m. on the first and third Wednesdays of each month (unless otherwise noted) at the MLGW Administration Building, 220 S. Main.
The next meeting is June 7. It is suggested that the public arrive a minimum of 30 minutes prior to the start of the meeting.
Customers who don’t plan to attend the meeting in person can submit questions by Tuesday, June 6 at 8:30 a.m. (up to 24 hours prior to the meeting) by email to corpcomm@mlgw.org. The email should include: the customer’s full name, physical address and question(s), and “June 7, 2023 Board Meeting” in the subject line.
