Memphis Light, Gas and Water’s Supplier Diversity department is hosting a Procurement Fair on Friday, June 16 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the MLGW Training Center, 4949 Raleigh-Lagrange Road.
The Procurement Fair is free and food trucks will be onsite.
This year’s theme, “Changing the Game,” coincides with the 2023 focus on workshops led by business experts and the opportunity to network with MLGW staff who potentially have upcoming vendor needs.
Minority-owned, women-owned and locally-owned small businesses can learn about qualifications for a government contract and the utility’s bidding process. Attendees will also have the opportunity to participate in a mock opening bid process.
