(June 20, 2023) – Our dedicated team worked overnight, fixing a single major outage, and resolving 130 additional outages. Currently, 3,300 customers remain without power across 260 outages. We remain optimistic about substantial restoration by this evening, aiming to restore an average of 12 customers per action.
We appreciate everyone’s patience as we continue to work diligently on restoring power to everyone in Shelby County as safely and quickly as possible.
