MLGW leaders have been on a listening tour, learning what’s important to customers and what they want in the future from their local utility. However, after completing 10 workshops, MLGW will reschedule future community meetings based on input from customers.
Leaders will use feedback and suggestions to improve community engagement for its 20-year strategic plan moving forward. MLGW 2045 is still a priority, however, the utility is dedicating all resources to resolving delayed billing and meter issues. The new timeline for completion of the MLGW 2045 plan is December 2025 instead of December 2024.
Customers can visit mlgw.com/2045 for information, updates and to take a survey. The postponed workshops and locations are listed below.
