While Memphis Light, Gas and Water makes renovations at its Lamar Office, customers should visit one of the company’s three open offices.

· Downtown Community Office, 245 South Main Street (This location has the most availability.)

· Millington Community Office, 5131 Navy Road

· Whitehaven Community Office, 1111 East Shelby Drive

MLGW offers free parking at all locations, including the downtown office. The garage entrance is at Front St. and Dr. M.L.King Jr. Ave. Customers should bring their parking stub into the community office and ask a MLGW Security Officer to validate it.

Customers can make an appointment with an MLGW credit counselor by going to mlgw.com/QLESS; however, no appointment is necessary.
