Memphis Light, Gas and Water offices will be closed on Friday, December 23 and Monday, December 26 in observance of the Christmas holiday. Normal business operations will resume Tuesday, December 27.

Customers can use My Account on MLGW’s secure website to check balances, make payment arrangements and to check the status of an outage. Customers with at least four days lead time can start, stop and transfer service online at mlgw.com.

MLGW is the largest three-service public power utility in the nation, serving more than 440,000 customers in Memphis and Shelby County.
