Memphis Light, Gas and Water is inviting utility customers to a Power Hour Community Meeting on Thursday, November 16 at the Patriot Bank Community Room, 5340 Airline Rd. in Arlington.
Doors open at 5 p.m. for customers who want to speak to a Customer Service Advisor for help with accounts and billing; Power Hour begins at 6 p.m.
MLGW leadership will be on hand at Power Hour to discuss various issues, including customer care, reliability, delayed billing and more.
