A crew from Memphis Light, Gas and Water Division will begin installing a new gas main on the north side of E. McLemore Avenue just east of Mississippi Blvd. this week.

The westbound lane of E. McLemore will be closed to traffic so MLGW crews can work safely. The lane closure is expected to last through Friday, Oct. 18.

The area affected starts at the intersection of E. McLemore and Mississippi Blvd. and runs east 200 feet.
