Crews working to restore power
(February 3, 2022 – 8 p.m.) – Due to inclement weather conditions, Memphis Light, Gas and Water’s Community Offices will be closed on Friday, February 4.

are without power. Fifty MLGW crews, contract crews and tree trimmers are working to restore power.
MLGW asks that customers delay calling the utility’s Call Center with billing and account questions. All agents are fielding emergency calls only. Call center hours also are extended.
