MLGW prepared for potentially severe storms
(November 28, 2022) – Memphis Light, Gas and Water crews are prepared to work around the clock responding to power outages caused by potentially severe weather Tuesday, November 29.
The National Weather Service predicts a severe weather event across the Mid-South tomorrow afternoon and evening. Damaging wind and even tornadoes are possible. Hail and flash flooding are also possible.
If severe weather hits the Mid-South, MLGW troubleshooters are deployed to assess the damage; then, appropriate crews work on restoration.
