MLGW and Food Bank partners again for Mobile Food Pantry

Memphis Light, Gas and Water will again partner with the Mid-South Food Bank to help families who continue to be affected by COVID-19 by offering a Mobile Food Pantry on July 2 at its Joyce Blackmon Training Center at 4949 Ralei
Routine maintenance to occur Monday, June 29 from 7 a.m. to 12 p.m.
MLGW will be performing routine maintenance at the South Shelby Landfill (4569 East Holmes) on June 29. This work will begin around 7 a.m. and last for five hours.

Customers may smell an odor of natural gas in the air near Elvis Presley and I-55 (3071 Stonebrook Circle) on Wednesday, June 17 around 1 p.m.
Maintenance on a gas main will be the cause for the smell of Mercaptan. Mercaptan is the chemical which gives natural gas its rotten egg smell.
