MLGW continues climb in J.D. Power Survey

For the second consecutive year, Memphis Light, Gas and Water Division posted gains in the annual J.D. Power & Associates Electric Utility Residential Customer Satisfaction Survey. The utility climbed 18 points to best its highest ranking in ten years with a 2018 score of 684.

A Memphis Light Gas and Water Gas Distribution crew will close the east bound curb lane on the south side of Poplar Avenue and Estate Drive tonight.
The area will be closed from 11 p.m. to 6 a.m. Thursday to perform gas maintenance work. Motorists are advised to use an alternate route.

(June 25, 2018- 3:30 p.m.) More than 30,000 customers have been restored since storms rolled through Memphis and Shelby County and knocked-out power to 35,000 MLGW customers this weekend. Currently, about 4,600 customers are without service.
