Memphis Light, Gas and Water employees are consistently in the top six for per capita donations to United Way of the Mid-South. One hundred percent of all MLGW contributions come from employee donations. By working together, Division employees are always eager to give back to the communities they serve. Their devotion to United Way is the force that drives employees to increase their pledges each year.
