The Mission of the Mid-South Food Bank is to fight hunger through the efficient collection and distribution of wholesome food, and through education and advocacy. The Mid-South Food Bank is a member of Feeding America and the Safety Net Collaborative. Memphis Light, Gas and Water employees participate in the Mid-South Food Bank's "Operation Feed the Need" campaign yearly. MLGW is a proud recipient of Volunteer Memphis' "Corporate Project of the Year" award.
