Chandrika Winston Rosser, Vice President of Gas and Water Engineering and Operations, is responsible for managing and coordinating all Gas and Water engineering, operations and construction divisions for Memphis Light, Gas and Water.
Rosser joined MLGW in 1997 as a Standards Engineer for Underground Electric. She has served as a Lead Engineer in Reliability and Power Quality, Supervisor of Residential Engineering, Assistant Manager of the North Service Center as well as the Manager of Gas and Water Engineering, Water Matrix Manager and most recently Director of Corporate Safety.
Rosser earned her Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Memphis State University in 1994 and a MBA with an emphasis in Finance from the University of Memphis in 2003. She has completed the Leadership Memphis Development Intensive program. She also holds a Distribution Systems Grade 2 license from the State of Tennessee and is a Licensed Professional Engineer in Tennessee. Her professional activities include serving as a present and past Board Member of the Engineer's Club of Memphis, past board member for the KY/TN region of the American Water Works Association, current Region Leader for the Tennessee Association of Utility Districts, and Director at the MLGW Credit Union.
